Peel Hosting provides web hosting services to clients globally; the use of our services is conditional to the acceptance, in full, of the terms of services below:
Clients agree to use Peel Hosting services at their own risks. Peel Hosting does not provide any guarantee of fitness of use for any particular purpose. In no event shall Peel Hosting, its parent company or affiliated organizations, be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
Peel Hosting services are available for persons aged 18 or above. Persons aged 13 to 18 may avail our services only with the permission and supervision of parents or legal guardians. Our services are strictly not available to persons aged below 13 years of age.
For services purchased on behalf of a corporation, trust or other moral person, the person purchasing the service must be a legal representative, or have obtained explicit consent from the corporation to purchase the service on their behalf.
Accurate and Up to date Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at time of sign up, and to update such information in case of future change within 48 hours. The use of fake information to avail our services is a serious violations of our terms of services and can be ground for immediate termnation without refund.
Account Suspension, Deletion and Cancellation
Unless automatically renewed, any overdue account may be suspended within 24h of overdue. Shared hosting accounts not renewed after the third overdue notice has been sent may be terminated without notice. Cloud servers and dedicated servers may be terminated after 24h of overdue. Clients who decide not to continue using our services must request a cancellation two weeks in advance of the due date.
Automated BackupsPeel Hosting maintains backups of all its servers. Backups may be done bi-weekly or weekly depending of the size of the account. This however does not constitute a guarantee of availability. Ultimately, clients are solely responsible for maintaining a backup of their site. Backups can be generated at any time from the hosting control panel, and stored locally on computers or external hard drives. Backups are disabled for accounts exceeding a total storage of 25GB unless purchased separately.
Peel Hosting accepts payments by Paypal, credit cards, Interac and bank/wire transfers. Moneygram/Western Union payments are available for a minimum payment of C$100; additional payment methods may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
For payments other than Paypal and credit cards, clients are encouraged to send a confirmation message or a copy of the receipt to our accounting department for faster processing and to avoid processing delays.
Invoices not paid in time may be charged a 10% late fee after three days. Invoices are issued 14 days prior to due date, clients are advised to pay at the latest three days prior to the due date to ensure the payment is processed in time and to avoid account suspension.
Peel Hosting offers a 30-day moneyback guarantee for all its shared hosting services. This guarantee can only used once for each customer. Our managed cloud and dedicated hosting services, as well as domain name registration, are not covered by this policy.
Partial refunds (for annual plans not used or for services downgrades) are not available. Pre-payments can be refunded but will be deducted of a 10% administration fee.
Chargebacks, Reversals and Bounced Checks
Clients with billing or other service issues are requested to discuss with our accounting or customer service department for assistance. Chargebacks, payment reversals for any reasons or bounced checks due to cancellation of payment or insufficient balance will generate an administrative penalty of C$50.
Server Abuse and Complaints
All complaints must be sent by email to abuse @ peelhosting.com ; we respond to all abuse complaints within 24 hours.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and its interpretation are subject to the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
